The Homeland Security/Emergency Preparedness (HSEP) online master's degree program, housed in the Wilder School of Government and Public Affairs at Virginia Commonwealth University, was launched as the nation’s first homeland security and emergency preparedness program in 2005. This online master’s degree program prepares you to meet the latest challenges posed by natural disasters and terrorist threats as you take your career to the next level.
